I am a Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Solution Architect with over 15 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise solutions across some of the UK’s most complex programmes.
I work with organisations that need senior architecture expertise on their Microsoft programmes and I share what I have learned so that other consultants do not have to figure it all out the hard way.
What I do
My work sits at the intersection of technology and business. I help organisations translate complex business requirements into Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions that are secure, scalable, and built to last and that their teams can actually own and maintain after I have gone.
That means doing more than configuring a system. It means asking the right questions before a line of configuration is written, designing the data model and security architecture before the build begins, governing the solution through delivery, and making sure the people who will use and maintain it are genuinely prepared to do so.
Over 15 years I have led programmes across the full project lifecycle from initial discovery workshops and architecture design through to go-live, training, and post-implementation support. I have worked onshore and offshore, with global teams and local ones, and with clients ranging from housing associations managing tens of thousands of properties to house builders and higher education firms with complex requirements.

Most of my work falls into these areas where I have developed deep knowledge of the business processes, regulatory environment, and technology constraints that shape good architectural decisions.
Social Housing and Housing Associations
I have worked extensively with housing associations on D365 and Power Platform implementations including tenant management, repairs and asset management, and compliance with the Regulator of Social Housing’s consumer standards.
House Building and New Homes
My current work includes a D365 CRM implementation for multiple national house builder, covering enquiry management, plot sales progression, incentive management, deal sheet processes, and the customer journey from reservation to legal completion. My experience also covers marketing and customer care areas of the business, including integrations with construction systems like Coins.
Higher Education
I have delivered programmes in higher education in relation to Enquiry management, Applicant to Student Journey for UG and PG applicants. Building a solution for CPD (Continuous Professional Development) and B2B teams at the universities. This includes solutiont to support Applicant and Student portals built using Power Pages.
